Spectrum Support Group
This Monthly event would allow caregivers of all Spectrum children to attend and gain insight, receive support and celebrate with each other.
Ground rules would be established before every session in collaboration with participants, with firm confidentiality measures upheld.
The group will be encouraged to share a ‘rose and thorn’ moment of the month and Discussions will be prompted by an idea, train of thought or a quote such as “What does it mean to you to hear the phrase “can’t, not won’t”, or “What does “putting your mask on first” look like? Etc.
When: 4th Sunday of the month
